It is a very long process, it appears to be a great company so I am willing to put in the work but lots of tests and short answer questions required prior to an interview

I applied online. A recruiter from Bending Spoons sent me a set of logic tests and attitudinal questions. After I submitted such tests, they contacted me for an interview session with a recruiter, who asked more general and attitudinal questions. Then, an in person interview with the legal team, with more attitudinal questions and a few technical questions. Finally, an interview with two Spooners, involving a few more logic problems (slightly more tricky than the first ones) to be solved during the interview.
