Consisted of two interviews. One with HR that was quite informal and introductory and a second one with the hiring managers that also involved and excel analysis project and a powerpoint presentation.

Firstly, sometimes the HR makes mistakes in CV screening, so even if you are qualified for the role you can still fail this stage. You can try to reach out to them for feedback and see if you are one of the unlucky ones. Second of all, I have talked to many people who have interviewed for this position and your interview experience varies greatly on the interviewer. It is not standardized. Some interviewers are friendly, some interviewers look like they don't want to be there. The analytical questions asked in the third stage are also not standardized in difficulty level so all candidates will not be assessed with the same standards. If you apply for this position, skills are not enough - you need luck as well. Good luck to anyone who applies for this position.

If you are lucky you will get questions that are a combination of market sizing + statistical concepts (probability, combinations). If not, you will get a brainteaser looking for qualitative answers rather than quantitative, which must align with the interviewer's answers.

it was very straightforward, the interviewers and recruitment staff were patient, kind, and easy to talk to. Great insight into the company culture, everyone was more than willing to answer any questions I had during and outside of the interview settings.
