Very nice and clear process. I was very grateful that they don't drag the process through 7-8 unnecessary steps like most corporates do. The recruiter was there every step of the way and that made the process even smoother.

Honestly one of the worst, scarring interviews I've ever had. Extremely unprofessional and I warn all my friends about terrible of a process this was. An external recruiter mentioned that I would be a great fit for this role with Criteo, so I decided to interview. While I have a lot of experience in digital media, I was very transparent from the beginning that I'd worked with different metrics and clients - so it wasn't an exact fit, but that I was a quick learner. Everything was smooth for the first few rounds. I got to the final round which included a presentation - I almost backed out since most of the metrics were unfamiliar, but was told to try my best. I asked friends for guidance and worked for days on this project to show that I took initiative. During the presentation panel - which my presentation was short, since I did what I could in my free time and had been upfront that I was taking a stab (I asked many questions on the chain as well ) - the interviewer flat out told me that this wasn't what they were looking for, critiqued it, and that I had to redo it again. They then ghosted me. What a waste of time.

Phone interview with an internal recruiter, video interview with the group director/hiring manager, in-person interview with the same group director, another director, and the RVP of sales, and a final video call with a team lead. The recruiter was very thorough and knowledgeable in describing the role and understanding how my skills would apply. The other interviews felt more like conversations rather than rigid questioning, which is always appreciated, and gave me a great sense of the culture/team dynamics.
