I had phone interview first with typical questions about my experiences , analytical test was second. After the online test I had phone interview with questions about company, products, market positions. I had short sales pitch : I as Criteo Account Manger and person who interviewed me as potential customer. It was not easy because 'potential customer' asked me a lot of detailed questions about products, prices.
