Arrange interview by HR With a Mid Senior Level Person ,All Questions are good with perfect answers, but with no result ,HR Also do not have answer, just waste my time. Interviewer had not enough experience to take a senior Engineering manager Interview just smiling even not asked any practical deep questions.

Code test. I did not liked the code test for senior roles. in fact it's not needed. they are expecting us to give Compilation errors, build errors and other stuff.

It took almost 1 month from the profile created in the portal. U have cleared all the rounds and status changed to offer in progress. I have uploaded all the required documents required to rollout an offer letter. After one week they are saying that they need one more round for technical assessment. Not sure why they are asking me to attend one more round after the status changed to offer in process. Also the HR won’t respond to mails and calls. I have one offer need to join. Because of this I have extended the other offer two times. The company refused to extend it for one more time. I lost that offer and Deloitte also not rollout an offer. HR are worst behaviour.
