Pretty relaxed, had one online test following an interview with the Associate Director. Test included QA, VA, Data Interpretation along with Logical Reasoning then interview. They send all the information via email.

It was an interview where they primarily wanted to learn about my background, my interests, and what I had done so far. The position is based in Italy, so most of the interview was conducted in Italian, but there was also a portion where we spoke in English.
