5 Stages : Application - Online Test - Phone Interview - AC - Partner Interview
Deloitte had a very interesting test online and after that they called over the phone to ask our reasoning for choosing the service line that we chose. Assessment Centre was very friendly, they made sure everyone are comfortable enough to show their personality rather than putting you in a strictly-structured interview.
I started with 1 fit interview, followed by a case then a behavioral interview. The last step was fairly casual and straightforward. Everyone was friendly and professional about time. I heard back in less than 2 weeks about my final offer.

There was an aptitude test for measuring the applicants general knowledge and consulting material. The test included multiple choice questions and there was also some case study questions about different written passage.
