Remote using Teams. 2 rounds. One with AD and Partner. 1h each interview. Competency based with the job description featuring heavily in the questions asked. The Partner interview was NOT a formality. It was tougher than the first interview.

Clear interview process. Steps well explained. Candidate required to present a business case which felt a bit like providing free consulting. They were very good on p[roviding feedback ion interview performance and also getting back to candidate within the timescale they had promised
