totally consisted of four rounds; 1st round-resume screeneing; 2nd, 3rd-technical; 4th-managerial, HR; final discussion with HR on ctc. All the rounds were online and had a gap of 2days-7weeks between each round

Interview started back in 2019 December, telephonic two rounds, After that in march'20 they called for HR discussion. After HR Discussion asked to wait but no reply, suddenly in August'2020 they have called that they are moving with my profile and offered same salary which i have currently. How can someone offered same salary for a position that took 8-9 months to fill and HR was way more than pathetic person, never reply on my mail and asking to join on same salary with no hike.
