Phone interview followed by assessment centre. The assessment centre involved writing an email addressed to the CEO, group activity requiring a 1 minute pitch to a group of 6 candidates about investing in start-ups (see below) and a group discussion.

Given 5 proposals from start-ups and a $250,000 budget to invest in them. Make a decision on which start-up to support. Asked what risks and challenges would be involved with this start-up in the future and how I would mitigate these risks. Also asked about any recent news/recent events related to this start-up's industry.
