Very fast, friendly, and laid-back. I was very satisfied with my campus recruiter and alumni that I spoke with. The first round also included brief community service for candidates. Make sure to do research on the firm, people, clients, and service lines. The interviewer liked the questions I asked because I showed my interests in Deloitte.
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.

Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
