Very inviting interview process. I met with a partner for the first interview and two managers for the in-office visit. Everyone is really nice and if you have a relevant resume the interviews are not too stressful. The tone is very conversational and it seems like the process is meant to encourage you to sell yourself rather than be directed by run-of-the-mill personality questions.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
