The actual process began with a aptitude test, followed by a group discussion and finally the personal interview. Aspiring candidates must be flexible in the approach towards their work, must have -rational outlook -strong analytical skills

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.
