I interviewed through on-campus recruiting. First round was two back-to-back 45 minute interviews, each with two members of the team. Half of each interview was a human capital related case and the other half was behavioural. The behavioural questions were very typical, no curveballs. The interviewers were very friendly but they took quite a while to get back to interviewees despite giving an estimated follow-up date.

2 rounds of interview- 1 HR and 1 tech+HR, medium difficulty, very friendly and very good process. Got placed through campus placement, they came for 6 other roles . I interviewed for Human Capital Organization Transformation Analyst.
