It was an one-hour interview separated to two parts, behavior and case interviews. The first half hour was a behavioral interview with a current Deloitte Consulting manager. Basically, he would find some interesting points on interviewee's resume and ask more detail questions about the experience. The second part was the case interview, and the interviewer was a current principal in Deloitte. He first started with reading the case, and then you will have time to ask questions and organize your thought. Time control is very important in both part. In the case interview, asking the right questions is also a key to the success.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.
