3 rounds :1st round - discussion on our own topic infront of 150 to 200 people . i have chosen the topic of tennis , out 150 members 40 members short listed for 2nd round. it had taken more than one hour. .2nd round - telephonic interview ( communications round) where vocabulary, pronounciation has been tested. this round would take 30 minutes. it is a cmputeriesed test where computer speaks to us in the telephone as per its instructions we had to execute the test . hearing the sentences with concentration can be helpful.it after the result of the 2 nd round , the required members are short listed for the third round.

Very good, they want someone with a high level of understanding and knows how to get points across within their explanations. So you would need to have heavy preparation beforehand to compete with other candidates.
