The hiring process took months. I was first contacted after submitting my CV online for the test. Then months later I was contacted for a verification exercise which was basically verifying all your documents and then more months later I was contacted for the interview.
I was interviewed by 4 people and they were generally nice and listened. It almost felt like an informal conversation. It was good.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
