Hiring process has changed since I applied. Had to sit two online tests (focusing around Maths and English). Once passed, I needed to take an additional assessment in the office. Once passed, progressed onto the first stage on the interview which was heavily competency based. Once that was passed, a final interview was held with the office partner (applicant also needed to present/discuss a business issue allocated to them).

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
