Deloitte has a very simple interview process which might take upto 3 weeks time.
1st round of technical discussion if you are into IT.
If shortlisted, then you have 2nd round of technical discussion.
If shortlisted, then you have a behavioural round conducted by the practise head.
The most crucial interview would be Versant - English communication test. This tests your communication capabilities. You have to take this test to qualify. Depending on the level that you are hired, the % is calculated. This test is similar to MAT/ CAT communication test. You need to pay lot of attention to it.

Versant & Vantage: There are two tests for all HR professionals. Versant tests your spoken english and Vantage tests your Written English skills.

The interview process was well-structured and took around 2 weeks. It consisted of three rounds: an initial HR screening, followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager, and a final interview with senior management.

Overall difficulty was moderate. Candidates are advised to prepare practical examples and have a good understanding of the role.

The interview happened in 3 rounds, 2 technical and 1 techno manegerial. Technical round had back to back Technical questions with second round more focused on scenario based questions. Managerial was just 20 minutes
