As a campus hire, first there will be the aptitude test. The aptitude test of our time was very difficult. It consisted of maths, vocabulary and logical sections. After the test, the selected people had to go through a group discussion or rather a presentation. Groups were created and given hypothetical scenarios. The groups had to discuss the solutions to the problems and write them down on charts. Then each had to come and explain to the panel as to how they reached upon the solutions. Those selected from this level were then asked to go to a one on one interview were general and few technical questions were asked

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
