Prior to interview arrangement, completed an online assessment from home. 60 minutes to complete about 45 questions testing math (including statistics), logical deduction (IQ tests) and English grammar. Final question was a 200-word essay about career aspiration.
On the day of interview, briefly interviewed by an HR personnel first, generally asking about background and interests. Then interviewed by the Hiring Manager.

I applied through employee referral. It took them about 4 months to reply me. The entire process took about 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia) in September 2018.
Interview
There are 3 stages for the process, ie phone interview/phone screening, online assessment & 1:1 interview with the partner. Phone screening by HR is asking about your background. Then you are required to complete the online assessment which consists of numerical reasoning test, verbal reasoning test, mathematics and english. There are 45 MCQ questions and an essay to be completed within an hour. After a week later, HR invite me to attend the interview session which is 1:1 with the partner of the department that I applied for. During the day of interview, HR requested the documents from me and explain briefly about the interview. The interview with partner was basically based on my resume and asking about my background. You can ask any question during the interview as well. It was relatively easy and relaxing, more like a chit-chat session. The interviewee is very friendly. I got offer from them in less than a week.
