Worked with recruiters to set up phone interviews. Eventually had two phone Interviews with Managers. The interviews felt casual but I do feel like I was ultimately punished for my honesty and conversational tone. Always remember to keep everything as simple and professional as possible.

Colloquio in 2 step, il primo con un recruiter (colloquio conoscitivo) e il secondo con dei manager (colloquio tecnico). Il recruiter mi ha messo a mio agio, i manager meno.
Behavioral and Technical: Asked basic questions such as about teamwork and in what way you were being creative. Technical included a scenario with three questions that followed. Question asked was about what data would you use to compute something.

First had a behavioral interview thats was 30 mins. Then had technical interview that was 30 mins. Did online tests for behavioral questions. Online games that see what your personality is like.
