Two to three initial interviews where your fit and competency is measured against Deloitte's reference framework. If you cross that hurdle. you are invited to a whole day Assessment centre where you are intereviewed by a Partner and a Director/Partner, your presentation skills are measured and your performance and team skills are measured during a group case study.

No difficult questions. Demonstrate your passion for the job and do your background study well.
Thorough with good communication throughout the process. I first had a phone call with an initial screener. Then the hiring director, VP and MD. A few rounds. very standard questions. Usual prep required.

Clear interview process. Steps well explained. Candidate required to present a business case which felt a bit like providing free consulting. They were very good on p[roviding feedback ion interview performance and also getting back to candidate within the timescale they had promised
