I think they have one of the best recruitment system i have ever met,however I didn't be accepted but I'm completely satisfied with their system,Deloitte has three steps in recruiting,first English Test,second HR Interview ,and third Technical interview, so when you pass the three steps the offer will be sent to your email.
For me I passed English test, then I was interviewed by HR,unfortunately i didn't pass

Mathematical questions regarding the accounting themes, personal experience of your previous school and other works, achievement and questioning. But be confident about your GPA though despite it is low, the vibes mattered.

In Interview as a fresher first I was asked to introduce myself and after that I was asked to tell about deloitte.
Make sure you handle them resume with both of your hands, as they pointed me out for handling resume with just one hand

1. What two things you would prefer to analyse while analysing a balance sheet and one thing from Profit and Loss statement.
Very standard questions, more of a conversation than a true interview. Provided the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and make sure the company was a good fit for me.
