The recruitment process consisted of 3 stages: Aptitude test, Case Study/Presentation, and Personal Interview.
The case study question was to develop a solution for a welfare agency which currently had a client/server architecture and wanted to move into a web-based architecture. We had to give the software development life cycle and then address other issues such as validating the client authenticity and resource allocation. We had to address whether to use big bang implementation model. Also, as the Deputy of the agency did not understand the complexities we had to offer ideas on how to help him understand the system.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
