Colloquio
I applied through Linkedin. They were looking for developers to work with popular Java stack revolving Spring or Play. Mentioned in the ad was also Kotlin, Scala.
During my talk with HR they presented all of their projects including some based on Adobe AEM and Hybris. These weren't mentioned in the ad and I mentioned I am not interested.
We proceeded with the technical interview.
It was rather general and standard. Java question from memory model and gc to collections, java 8 features. Also some easy general questions about http, Linux and whatnot.
I passed this interview and was scheduled a talk with a line manager.
He was surprised that I wanted a senior lvl position and did not have experience as a team lead. (what the flux?)
He also insisted on the fact that they needed a senior developer to work on a Hybris project.
I stated again that I am not interested in those kind of projects.
He also asked what processes I optimized in my previous roles at other companies.
I received a rejection e-mail shortly after that.
I consider it to be time wasted.
The interview process consists of four rounds: L1 Technical Round, L2 Technical Round, optional L3 Round, Managerial Round, and HR Round. I successfully completed the initial discussion and am waiting for updates regarding the next stages of the recruitment process.

My interview process consisted of three rounds. The first was a technical round where I was asked questions on Java, OOP concepts, and database fundamentals. The second was a coding round in which I solved programming problems to demonstrate my logical thinking and problem-solving skills. The final round was an HR discussion, where we talked about my background, communication skills, and salary expectations. Overall, it was a well-structured process that tested both my technical and interpersonal abilities
