The process incorporated me doing an Online Application > then having to do Online Testing whihc was a games based one > Telephone Interview with the HR who usually offers an invite to AC > AC group activity and speed dating style 1:1 interview > Partner Interview just behavioural questions

Telephone interview:
- Why Deloitte?
- If you selected more than one service line, then they ask you to pick one or they say which one they are wanting to offer you
- Usually at the end of the call they invite you to an AC
Was good, asked about behavioural what would you do in this situation. Interview was run very smoothly and the people were very nice. Am hoping to hear back soon from them, the process has been fast so far.

It was an easy and eye-opening process for a Big Four firm. Was via Zoom, undertaking a 3-hour procedure of running over what the company is about and then broken into a breakout room to discuss work-related situations. Then onto a 1v1 with a partner.
