Behavior based interview. Asked about your quantitative background and knowledge about specific commercial real estate valuation factors. Your historical project experience and why are you interested in the transaction services industry. First round on campus then two weeks later onsite. The behavior questions are pretty standard and the technical questions are prepare-able.
