Deloitte Consulting goes to all good engineering campuses in India and recruits for its BTA program. The wrong part is that they don't inform the students that its a tech role. Students are often surprised since they think its a consulting role. I think Deloitte should avoid this.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
