2 interviews over the phone as well as an online case interview. A lot of the interview was led by me where I was given a chance to ask any of the questions that I'd like to in order to clarify anything about the experience. There were a fair amount of brain teasers in the interview dealing with probability.

It was straight forward and super technical with two seniors (manager level and above), accounting based questions, valuation, corporate finance.
Be over prepared for tricky question on valuations (DCF..) on discount rate (waac or equity cost) as well FCF, and FCFE.
