Quite new-age, quite personal, hence quite slow. The first psychometric test was about an hour long, a mixture of standard numeracy tests along with situational judgement type questions. The next stage is video assessment, which is a mixture of numeracy tests, situational judgement and video interviews (on situational judgement stuff). No time limit for video interview.

Pretty straightforward process overall. Started with a group interview where we worked through a case/activity as a team and discussed our ideas.
Then there was a one-on-one interview with a presentation. It was quite conversational and the presentation was pretty causal as well.

The standardised tests involved comparing many really similar scenarios which felt a bit pointless. The interviewer asked me for a presentation about the pros and cons of AI but when I was discussing the environmental harm they steered me away from the cons.
