Online application --> Logical Reasoning / Problem Solving Test --> Video Interview --> In-person Interview --> Offer Online application was fairly straightforward, and do not require mini essays like some other Big Four (from memory). Logical Reasoning test was two hours and tested reading comprehension and mental math. Video interview is the most daunting part - practice answering 'behavioural fit' style questions in a video interview setting by getting comfortable with talking about yourself (monologue style) for two minutes straight. It's also particularly weird to have a timer constantly counting down. Most applicants (even successful ones) recall having a really awkward time here, so don't sweat it if you screw up but try not to. In person interview consisted of 15 minutes small chat with a consultant, mostly asking about university pursuits / what you're studying. Nothing too major, probably just to check you have a basic level of social skills. After that, 45 minutes to do a case interview. In my case the previous interviewee ran over time so I had about 35 minutes instead. However, this was accounted for. Case interview was presented to a partner which finished off by asking a bunch of behavioural fit questions.
