I interviewed on campus. Went through four different interviews with both the department director and the higher managers. It lasted for two days. And two are behavioral, two are case studies.

There was a more so personal approach to the questions being asked. You need to be able to cater your answers to the person talking to you would be. It’s more so about how you talk and present the information.

I had to break down the problem, propose solutions, and justify my reasoning.
The final round was with a senior manager, focusing on behavioral questions using the STAR method and my cultural fit. The atmosphere was professional yet conversational. Preparation, clear communication, and a structured approach to case studies were key to my success.
