Phone screening by in-house recruiter followed by trip to New York for all day interview with 4 different people. They put me in a Marriot hotel within walking distance of 9/11 site and their offices. I waited in a nice waiting area where they had a lot of posters touting the diversity of their workforce, all were pictures of people in their early 20s. After waiting a long time, someone I didn't interview with showed me to a vacant cubicle to wait. I waited for about an hour for the first interviewer to show up. He apologized for being late. After that the interview went quite well. Three different people from project management, technical and business process consulting, then the managing partner.
