They used a service called HireVue. There was heavy distortion on interviewers microphone and he had a thick accent. First time they scheduled an interview no one showed up... They scheduled arbitrarily without asking my availability which was really frustrating.

Interview was very good not so difficult they were mainly focused on Configurations and Flows, rest of all are quite easy better prepare with Sharing settings and Flows and then focus on Apex and LWC.
