A conversation style interview discussing my previous work experience and asking about how I follow up on certain challenges and processes.
After having multiple rounds of interviews over a period of a month I was informed that I wont be made an offer because of lack of experience in key industries. Something that was evident from day one of the process.
Had multiple rounds, mostly behavioral. Initial screening by a sr Mgr followed by 2 rounds with other Sr managers and 1 final round with a Partner.Had a pleasant experience with all of them, did not encounter anything tricky. Case study was quite straightforward.
