I did not attend the networking reception but those who asked that did attend said they got nothing out of it and most of them didn't get offers.
Apparently they pick 50% of applicants from those who apply to the school's website.
Interviews were done by people at the networking reception. Both were directors.

The first person asked why I wanted to work for Deloitte or whats so great in Deloitte in 5 different ways. There weren't many questions about me.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.

What about this team interests you?
Straightforward friendly interviews. Recruiters are helpful and staff are welcoming. The process involved two interviews with a Manager and an MD. They came back with a decision relatively quickly compared to other firms.
