I applied online. The process had 4 steps: HR phone call + 3 interviews (manager, senior manager and partner) via Skype. Interviews with consultants were half in French and half in English.

2 out of 3 business cases were very similar among them and they looked more like being taken out of a prep book, so nothing special. What to expect: profitability and market sizing questions. Everything was anyway quite straightforward
