situational judgement test was a mix of questions based on personality and also numerical reasoning. the job simulation took around an hour and was again a mix of situational judgement qs, competency based video qs and also case study qs which some required video responses for.

It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).

3. colloquio tecnico col manager

Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
