I was recruited on campus. It consisted of a GD and PI and then later Versant Test at Deloitte office. GD had really easy topics like current affairs, general topics. Mostly only the top senior managers would be in the panel so therfore they would want the cream of the crowd. What they look for is really good listening skills, how well you can converse , since you will be dealing with a lot of foreign clients and a charming personality.
