Premier entretien téléphonique avec une rh (questions classiques) qui vous annonce un second entretien plus technique (compta, audit, finance) avec 2 managers très bienveillants pendant 1h-1h20. Les questions sont basiques mais il faut s'y préparer un minimum

It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).

2. giornata di lavoro in gruppo + test AI + test inglese
3. colloquio tecnico col manager

Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
