I received a phone call from the Deloitte Consulting Recruiter seeking a Consultant with BPR and CPI experience. I completed a screening interview, and two follow-up phone interviews. Finally, I completed a one on one in-person interview with a Senior Manager. I then received a conditional offer for employment pending a background investigation.

It was very vague as only 3 questions were asked which was by BA who does not have QA knowledge.Infact he mentioned that I have good knowledge.despite that I didnt get selected which seems fishy and entire interview was done for formality
