3 interviews: HR screening, technical and leadership interview took one and half month, but it took another two months to hear the results.
It was odd, after the 3rd interview, HR said they would like to extend an offer, they will forward for management approval. I followed up regularly, after 'Thanksgiving', "Xmas", "New Year, by the mid of January, finally HR informed me the position is no longer needed due to work availability.
Very relaxed and to the point. Everyone was friendly and made you feel comfortable. They did not waste any time and looked more into your enthusiasm vs job requirements. Easier than I thought

3-4 rounds, initial hr screening, one round of technical/behavioural/leadership, one round with final hiring manager and then feedback/offer. The process was a mix of your abilities and what you bring to the table as a professional. If there is a fit to current roles, you would get shortlisted.
