Sent resume in via professional organization, heard back 3 weeks later for an interview date two weeks in the future. One behavioral, two cases back to back. Behavioral was casual but dropped the ball on the last case due to jitters. I've never done case interviews and only had two weeks to prepare - if you've practiced, are conversational, and confident you'll do fine. I didn't really jive with my big case interviewer either and knew the minute I logged off it wasn't in the cards for me, C'est la vie.

The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
