Processus d’embauche simplifié avec le COVID composé d’une étude de cas puis d’un entretien. L’étude de cas portait sur un cas de transformation RH et l’entretien a duré environ 45 min avec une senior manager.

Interview was great, interviewer was supportive and had indepth discussion and more of a conversation. Was asked Caselet and Gustimate which was a on a easy to moderate level. Also had a CV disection round and was about each number and word put there.

It was a standard process. Application, Aptitude, Job Simulation and then a final round interview. The interview was very casual with no technicals or case study, just standard behavioural questions. The interview was more of a conversation than anything but it was clear they had a number of core competencies that you were marked against.
