Interview was scheduled at 4PM. No one joined the call for first 15mins. After that moderator joined the call and assigned the candidates to the virtual rooms. Interviewer didn't join the call even after 45mins.
Dropped off the call. Should respect candidates time. It's a display of highly unprofessional behaviour.

Interviewer asked questions out of my skillset and not related to the job duties. I pointed that out and he said he was mistaken about the role. It was a waste of time for both me and HR.

The interview process was smooth and very quick. It wasn’t for a Full Stack role but rather for an AI-related position. They asked about my background, my profile pitch, and some details about how many pieces/components I managed in certain projects. We also talked about my availability. It wasn’t difficult, and there were no technical questions at this stage.
