The interview process was very frustrating. The first round was scheduled and the interviewer never showed up. There was no response from HR and suddenly it was rescheduled after 20 days. The first round got over and the next round was rescheduled after 3days. The interviewer never showed up again and there was no response from HR even after multiple follow-ups. The HR came back again after 3 weeks saying they are planning to schedule after 2 days. I said I was no longer interested since I was not happy with the experience. After a week, I got a mail saying I was rejected since I didn't meet the required criteria for the profile. Just a pointer to HR team, I know it is very difficult time fot everyone. Please have the courtesy of responding to the candidates if there's any issue from your side. I spent days preparing for the interview and it was very frustrating to see the interview doesn't show up and HR team doesn't respond
