The selection procedure is really very bad. They don't select those who do better in test. If you plan to go for the test, don't give your best. They use to select the average students only. The company is good but the selection procedure is not good. They prefer girls over boys

The interview process was professional and well-organized. It started with an initial HR screening where they asked about my background, availability, salary expectations, and interest in Deloitte. After that, I had a technical and behavioral interview with the team. They asked about my previous experience, how I handle pressure, and how I would work with clients in a fast-paced consulting environment. Overall, the difficulty was average.

They asked me why I wanted to join Deloitte and how my skills and previous experience would help me succeed as an Associate in Dubai.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
