The recruitment process has 3 rounds for on campus placement:
1. Online exam
The online exam is on the lines of CAT exam, consists of maths, English and logical reasoning of very easy level. There is accounts apart from the other test areas.
2. Group Discussion
The group comprises of 8-10 participants. The topic for discussion are very common and conventional. Often 6 get selected for the last round.
3 Personal Interview
Analytical interview is conducted. Questions are asked to understand the personality of the interviewee. Easy interview. The interviewers are very friendly and always smiling.

It was an on campus placement interview, they mostly asked about my CV and personal achievements. Some questions were regarding basics of accounting like principles of accounting and treatment of depreciation and other items in all 3 statements.

5 rounds of interview - 1 HR, 2 technical, 1 Versant (english understanding and communication) & 1 Partner. Partner round can be technical or general depending upon your partner. Questions can range from "why audit" to core accounting and auditing questions

the interview was very conversational. entry level position is not technical at all but you should bring in experience anyways. didn’t get the position but interviewers seemed very laid back and were probably taking the interview from their phone
