I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a week – interviewed at Deloitte.
Rigorous Interview process specifically on the trade you are applying for . High Level Technical questions .You need to know the latest technologies superficially if not in depth.The process can be sometimes aggressively focused on your domain knowledge and sometimes technical know-hows . Managing situations and client is also among the much-asked question list.

Online Assessment Center which ran for 3 hours through Zoom. First was separated into breakout rooms for a group activity which involved working through a case study. Then moved onto the 1:1 interview which involved a presentation with a separate case study given beforehand.
